   Functionally and aesthetically, the theater is conceived as a unified building where architecture from different eras interacts with one another in a poetic way, without strict boundaries. The main mass of the building is set back into the depth of the site, reserving the front for a landscaped public outdoor space. It does not compete with the existing theater building and the Holy Trinity Cathedral.

   The extension allows all functions to be housed under one roof. Connections between the buildings are created on both the first and second floor levels, ensuring functional convenience for the use of the building.

   The facade is finished with reused bricks, serving as a contemporary interpretation of the building material that is characteristic and widely used in Liepāja.
